RESCUED PONIES WERE TOO SAD TO HOLD THEIR HEADS UP UNTIL THEY MET.

Fudge and Annie, a pair of ponies with a troubled background, have been inseparable since they first met, and it appears that their misfortunes are no longer as significant in their life.

Fudge was discovered in October of last year in Spain, where he had been abandoned after being tied to a tree and appeared to have been there for some time based on his condition.Easy Horse Care Rescue Center claims (EHCRC)As he was tethered to a tree with no food or drink, his head was placed in a bush to keep flies out of his eyes.

He walked with a limp because two of his vertebrae had likely been shattered as a result of the abuse he had suffered at the hands of his relatives, and his rescuers estimated his age to be around 20. He had a number of neurological problems as well as a severely injured eye.

Fugde began living the life of comfort and affection that every animal deserves after being sent to the rescue facility.Annie, who was rescued earlier this year by EHCRC, was exploited for breeding when she was 15 years old and was later imprisoned in a filthy barn due to his advanced age.

EHCRC wrote this.

“There are no adequate words to express his overall abhorrent state.”Annie bowed her head like Fudge because, despite their best efforts to pay attention to her and show her compassion, she felt threatened by their presence. Sue Weeding, co-founder of the EHCRC, stated:

“I was extremely weak and on the verge of passing away.” Sue was able to recognize the special bond that formed between the two ponies when they first met.
