Chained Dog Couldn’t Stop Dancing When Rescuers Came To Save 195 Dogs

195 canines were saved after Humane Society International closed down a dog meat farm in South Korea.

One of the dogs was named Tobi, and he first refused to allow people approach him because he had a broken leg and he seemed to be terrified of them. But he would change his mind soon.

Even when he realized he was going to be saved, he danced!

With this one, HSI has closed down 17 dog meat farms. In reality, Humane Society International is making every effort to eradicate the dog meat trade in Asia.

However, the majority of South Koreans’ activism and support for the HSI, who oppose these activities, aids the organization.
