A stray dog with little fur and a large belly is taken in by a man.

This little puppy with almost no hair remaining, but a large belly, was found by a rescuer named Aaron. Her large, brown eyes seemed to be pleading with him as she raised them to him. She had recently been dropped here, and the man knew it, so she trusted him immediately. He did not wish to violate that.

So he took Tilly in and immediately took her to a veterinarian! They acknowledged that she was seriously ill and assured her that she would be better soon.
