When she sees rescuers, the dog dumped in the desert won’t stop wagging her tail.
|
Dorothy was dumped in the middle of the Palmdate desert in California, on a desolate gravel road. Thankfully, someone noticed her and contacted J.J. Woofin’ Paws Rescue Agency.
The Cocker Spaniel was so matted that the rescuers couldn’t tell if she was a boy or a girl at first, but they could see her tail wagging nonstop. She was given the name Dorothy since they assumed she was a female. This is her metamorphosis tale…
Dorothy’s story also has a happy ending. A few months later, the 3-year-old dog was adopted!
