When a deaf dog receives a surprise reunion with her father, her reaction is priceless.

Family gatherings are the most enjoyable! Noelle, a deaf terrier mix, is waiting for her father to return. Her tail doesn’t stop wagging as soon as she sees him come home from his Army training mission!

A buddy (Dog Foster Mom) recorded this video, which explains why Noelle is in a crate:

“I was caring for Noelle while her father was away, and every weekend I volunteer at pet adoption events.” I took Noelle to a PetSmart adoption event so that her father could pick her up as soon as he returned home. He was just as excited as she was to see him!”
