Bella, a poor dog who had been abused and emotionally broken, was found hiding in a hole she had dug for herself on a man’s property. The man believed she had been thrown from a car during a storm. He took her in temporarily while searching for the perfect family. That’s when Bella’s future mom, Anclet, saw her heart-wrenching pictures and reached out.
