Horses are not only appreciated for their beauty and grace, but also for their calm temperament and gentle demeanor. One of the reasons horses are so calm is because they are social animals that thrive on companionship. In the wild, they live in herds and have a strong sense of community. This translates into their domesticated behavior, where they form strong bonds with their handlers and other horses. Horses are also very perceptive animals, which allows them to read the moods of their handlers and adjust their behavior accordingly.
